• Qualification for application
  - The person who is applicable to Clause 5 of the enforcement ordinance of the law on credit guarantee of academic
     promotion and school expenses

• 1st Stage Screening (Requisites screening)
  - Screening management: Computer system of the foundation
  - Screening method: Confirming Judgment using the information system
  - Screening contents: whether to infringe the qualification and requisites for the application as per the application outline and etc.
  
• 2nd Stage Screening (Major study screening)
  - Screening management: Penal judging committee
  - Screening method: Penal (agreement) judgment
  - Screening contents: Judgment for the plan contents, adjustment of the support amount
  - Screening item and marks allotment: 100 points for 4 items
  
• 3rd Stage Screening (General screening)
  - Screening management: International Academic Exchange Promotion Committee
  - Screening method: Judgment by agreement
  - Screening contents : Review of major study screening results, preparation of selection standards, preliminary selection of support task and etc.
• Final selection: As per the agreement between the foundation and the contracting organization, to exchange mutually the evaluation results, and after the final selection through joint approval of both organizations, to inform the applicant of its own country
• Final selection time:¡¡When both organizations make joint approval (Expected announcement time for preliminary selection results of our organization is as followings;)
  - First half: End of Jun, 2008
