Program Purpose
- To support the academic writings of outstanding scholars who have an abundance of research accomplishments and experience.
- To provide mid-to-long-term support for outstanding scholars who have submitted excellent research accomplishments
- To establish a virtuous cycle of evaluation and support, through which confidence in outstanding research accomplishments can lead to support of further research
- To contribute to the upgrading of humanities studies in Korea by enhancing the distribution of research accomplishments through support for humanities writing
- To globalize humanities studies in Korea through communication inside the humanities field, communication with other fields, and communication between past and present age writings
Program Scope
- Support Budget: TBD
- Support Scope: KW10 million as a manuscript fee
- Support Field: Humanities Field
* Possible to apply for the social science, art, athletics and interdisciplinary studies fields as basic sciences
Applicant Qualifications
- Researchers who have more than 5 research outcomes in the past 5 years
Support Period: 3 years
Screening Procedures
- 4 stages [Requisites Screening -> Major Study Screening (Online Specialty -> Panel Concentration) -> General Screening
Future Execution Schedule
- Reception of Applications: Any time within the year
- Announcement of Selection Result: Twice a year (planned)
- Approval from Relevant Institution: To be announced
